2. Intellectual property
Prime Conseil holds all intellectual property rights and the rights of use in all items accessible on the Site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the items on the Site, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Prime Conseil.
Any unauthorised use of the Site or of any of the items it contains will be deemed to constitute infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
3. Limitations of liability
Prime Conseil does everything it can to provide users with reliable and up-to-date information. Errors or omissions may nevertheless occur. Users should therefore check the accuracy of the information with Prime Conseil and report any change to the Site they consider useful.
Prime Conseil may not be held liable for:
