Frequently asked questions
How does an assignment work?
How does an assignment start?
A first one-hour conversation to frame the issue, then a proposal setting out the consultant profile, the workload and the timeline. Response within 48 hours.

Do your consultants work on site?
Yes: our contract managers embed with the project teams, on site or hybrid, depending on the pace of the project and your confidentiality constraints.
+
Do you work on the client side or the supplier side?
Both. Some of our assignments involve building claims, others analysing claims received from third parties.
+
How long does a typical assignment last?
From a few weeks for a contract audit or a negotiation phase, to several years for the contract management and administration of a major project.
+
