At Prime Conseil, we are not fond of the word "firm". Nor do we always recognise ourselves in the word "consultant", which can wrongly suggest an adviser, a passive observer content to comment from the sidelines.

After a dual training in business law and corporate finance, completed by an Executive MBA at ESCP Business School, Pierre has practised contract management for over 15 years, within major groups and mid-market companies, as well as for French and foreign local authorities and ministries. He founded Prime Conseil in 2020 and specialises in energy, infrastructure and defence.
Alongside this, Pierre has founded two tech startups, one to digitise tendering and the other to automate certain contract management tasks, cultivating an innovative view of the discipline within organisations.
This holistic approach, which sees contract management as part of a virtuous ecosystem serving value creation, makes Pierre a consultant highly valued by major public and private accounts.
A former legal manager, Henri spent more than 10 years with leading industrial names, in France and internationally. That experience in food, pharmaceuticals and energy, on contract and claim management issues, taught him how to get the best out of complex contracts in demanding environments.
An active promoter of contract management in France, he joined Prime Conseil in 2021 and is responsible for consultant staffing as well as a client portfolio, to which he brings advice, pragmatism and operational solutions.
Henri stands out for his relationship skills, his open-mindedness and his very quick grasp of cross-cutting issues, which make him an outstanding negotiator.
