Prime Académie is the training arm of Prime Conseil. There we pass on what we practise day to day with our clients: the method, the tools and the contract manager’s mindset.
Every module starts from a real situation (a claim to build, a clause to negotiate, a contract amendment to frame) and ends with a deliverable that participants take away: a matrix, a letter, a negotiation outline.
We deliver open enrolment and in-house sessions, on site or remotely, as short programmes or bespoke courses adapted to your sector and your contractual maturity.
